We require a fifty-dollar deposit to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is fully applied toward your total procedure cost, or completely refunded if you cancel or reschedule at least forty-eight hours in advance.

Yes. If you prefer to speak with Dr. Shan before committing to the procedure, you can book a standalone consultation for fifty dollars. If you decide to move forward, this goes toward your balance.
